A memorandum was submitted to the Kerala Chief Minister Sri.V.S.Achuthanadan requesting to find immediate solutions to the problems faced by the NRKs all over the world. The memorandum which was submitted by Sri.Kadakkal Ramesh, Vice Chairman, Kerala State NRI Co-ordination also stressed the need for the speedy implementation of rehabilitation schemes for the Gulf Returnees.
